2019 has been a year of change for Viking!
It has been a while since we posted anything. The last 12 months have been quite the roller coaster here at Viking and has brought a lot of changes for us. We have spent a lot of time and energy trying to improve how we serve our customers and we are very excited about some of the changes we have been making.
We have changed our name, but only slightly! Our name has changed from Viking Premium Print to Viking Printing. It helps us simplify some things and has a few other benefits that we are excited about that help us improve our service. We have been working on other improvements too so we can better serve our customers.
Why the change? One of the things we have been focused on this year is improving our business by simplifying wherever possible. For us that includes our name. It shortens our web and email addresses too, which is helpful for our customers. For anyone who was using our 800 number, we have changed to the local number 602-241-0833.
We strive to be as effective and efficient as possible in everything we do. We will continue to look for ways to improve our service and all that we offer. We have added some resources, enhanced some processes and established some procedures to help us better serve you. We are very solution driven so we can help our clients with just the right print solution to address their needs.
