Viking Printing ("Viking," "we," "us") is a family-owned commercial print shop at 613 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012. This policy explains what information we collect through vikingprinting.com, by phone, by email and in our shop, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact and quote forms: name, company, address, phone, email, project name, industry, how you heard about us, and your message. We may add the email address you give us on our contact or quote forms to our email marketing lists in Mailchimp or HubSpot so we can send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Email marketing).
- Orders and jobs: contact and billing details, job specifications, and the artwork, files and mailing lists you send us.
- Payments: invoice payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments through secure QuickBooks invoice links. If you pay by card over the phone, we use your card information only for the charge you authorize. We do not keep card information on file unless you authorize us to, and if you do, it is stored securely through our payment processor.
- Website data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Cookies).
How we use information
To quote, design, print and deliver your jobs; to add people who submit our website contact or quote forms to our email marketing lists; to communicate with you about orders; to send marketing emails if you have agreed or are a customer (you can opt out at any time); to operate and protect our website; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your artwork and print files
We treat your artwork, designs and files as confidential. We use them only to produce your jobs and do not share them except with partners who help produce or deliver that job. We keep files for 2 years so you can reorder easily, and delete them sooner if you ask. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you give us to print.
Mailing lists
Lists you give us for direct mail or Every Door Direct Mail® are used only to complete your mailing (address standardization, printing and mailing). We never sell, rent or reuse your lists, and we share them only with the U.S. Postal Service and mailing partners needed for your job. We delete them 90 days after your mailing unless you ask us to keep them. Lists we source for you from third-party list providers are licensed for your campaign under that provider's terms.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as the U.S. Postal Service, mailing-list providers, our payment processor (Intuit QuickBooks Payments), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp and HubSpot), our website host (GoDaddy) and form tools, and social-sharing tools. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy will continue to protect it.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies needed for it to work, and third-party share buttons (ShareThis) that may set their own cookies. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not use analytics or advertising tracking on our website, and we do not track you across other sites. Because there is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, our site does not respond to them. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and explain how we respond to Global Privacy Control signals.
Email marketing
We send marketing emails through Mailchimp and HubSpot to customers and to people who submit our website contact or quote forms. Every marketing email includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Click it, or email sales@vikingprinting.com or call 602-241-0833, and we will remove you promptly, within 10 business days. We will still send messages about your orders.
Text messages
Viking Printing does not send text messages to customers.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and only authorized staff can access customer information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 18-552) and other applicable laws.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing sales@vikingprinting.com or calling 602-241-0833. Some state privacy laws give residents more rights. Those laws apply only to businesses that meet certain size thresholds, but we will make reasonable efforts to honor your requests either way. We may keep records the law requires, such as billing records.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date, and if a change is significant we will let customers know by email or a notice on our website.
